“I wasn't seeking any type of coach, mentor, or therapist for my son. But upon hearing Josh share his methods and tools for working with and rewiring the mind, I asked: "Do you work with athletes? A 13 yr. old athlete?" He said did. From that moment, I found peace and support. I found someone who cared and understood.
My son has experienced trauma since he was 2, was completely withdrawn, with no interest in anything. Except driving. He had the passion, skill, drive, and discipline necessary to live his dream of becoming a professional race car driver. His biggest obstacle was his mindset.
